House-and-Garage Mouse Control Revisited in Glenview

November–December 2024; precautionary revisit September 2026
Suburban house and garage with front driveway in Glenview

Problem Summary

My Pest Crew completed the original Mouse Control service and its return visit, addressing the active concern and relevant property conditions within that service period. Roughly 21 months passed without another mouse-control visit. In September 2026, the household requested a precautionary return so the earlier condition could be compared with the property’s current state. The September revisit found no new mouse activity inside the residence. Previously closed house conditions remained closed, while separate garage-door gaps and limited garage evidence were still present. The household had not requested the visit because of renewed interior sightings, and no further pest-control action was recommended at that time. The original 2024 service involved moderate mouse activity on the main floor and conditions affecting both the house and garage. The property had multiple levels and more than one relevant Building Shell condition. Residents later reported that sightings and droppings had stopped, while the garage remained a separate part of the property picture.

What We Did

My Pest Crew treated the mouse activity in November 2024 and returned for the included follow-up in December. Residents later reported that sightings and droppings had stopped. Nearly two years later, they requested a precautionary check—not because mice had been seen inside again, but to review how the house and garage were holding up.

Results

The September 2026 check found no new mouse activity inside the home and no feeding in the remaining interior stations. Previously closed house openings were still closed. The garage had separate door gaps and limited signs of mice, but no further pest-control action was recommended at that visit.
