Residential home with mature landscaping and exterior property conditions during the active pest season.

Service Introduction

Seasonal crawling-insect activity around a home changes through the warmer months. The Seasonal Pest Protection Plan provides recurring exterior-focused service through the active season.

The Seasonal Pest Protection Plan is built around exterior-focused service at every visit. One interior problem area is treated per standard visit when needed. A full interior and exterior upgrade is available per visit for broader interior coverage. Plan options are available in 2, 3, or 4 visit structures, with flexible enrollment through prepaid or card-on-file options.

Visible ant activity around exterior areas

Ants may be visible moving across exterior surfaces or returning to the same parts of the property during the active season.

Exterior Perimeter Treatment
Seasonal Pest Protection is exterior-focused. Each visit includes property review and treatment of affected accessible exterior areas based on the seasonal activity present.

Standard visits do not include full interior treatment throughout the home. A Full Interior and Exterior upgrade is available per visit for broader interior coverage.
Inspection and Reporting
The technician reviews current pest activity during the visit and explains any relevant property conditions observed.

What to Know Before Service

What to Expect

Every standard visit is centered on exterior service. The technician reviews current activity, treats affected accessible exterior areas, and addresses one interior problem area when needed.

Plan options are available in 2, 3, or 4 visit structures, spaced through the active pest season. Flexible plan options are available including prepaid seasonal plans and card-on-file service plans. Prepaid plans are paid in full before the plan begins. Card-on-file plans are charged before each scheduled visit.

Unused prepaid visits do not roll over into a new season unless specifically approved. Cancellation terms apply — card-on-file customers who cancel before completing their selected plan are subject to a cancellation fee. Customers must give notice before the next scheduled visit to stop future charges.

This plan is seasonal. It is not a year-round quarterly program.

For quarterly interior General Pest Control after an initial treatment, see the Home Pest Protection Plan.

Visits are part of the selected seasonal plan structure — 2, 3, or 4 visits depending on the plan chosen, spaced through the active pest season.

Prepaid plans are paid in full before the plan begins. Card-on-file plans are charged before each scheduled visit. All completed service visits are non-refundable regardless of plan type. Unused prepaid visits do not roll over into a new season unless specifically approved. Card-on-file customers who cancel before completing their selected plan are subject to a cancellation fee.

Safety & Product Notes

Treatment is applied primarily to exterior areas of the structure. Residents and pets should stay clear of treated exterior areas during application and until the application has dried. If interior treatment is performed, the technician will advise on any re-entry guidance specific to the area treated. If you have questions about specific products before service begins, ask and we will provide that information directly.

Service Limitations

Standard visits are exterior-focused. Full interior treatment throughout the home is not included in a standard visit. Interior coverage beyond one problem area requires the Full Interior and Exterior upgrade, available per visit.

This plan covers common crawling insects addressed through exterior perimeter treatment. It does not cover rodents, bed bugs, cockroach-specific treatment, or wildlife.

This plan is seasonal only. It is not a year-round quarterly program.

Unused prepaid visits do not roll over into a new season unless specifically approved. Cancellation terms apply to both prepaid and card-on-file enrollment structures. Completed service visits are non-refundable regardless of plan type.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a standard visit and the full interior upgrade?

A standard visit covers exterior perimeter treatment and one interior problem area when needed. The Full Interior and Exterior upgrade adds full interior treatment throughout the home for that visit. The upgrade is available per visit — it does not need to apply to every visit in the plan.

How many visits are included and how are they spaced?

Plan options are available in 2, 3, or 4 visit structures. Visits are spaced through the active pest season. The plan and visit spacing that fits your property best is confirmed when the plan is set up.

What pests does this plan cover?

The plan covers common crawling insects addressed through exterior perimeter treatment. It does not cover rodents, bed bugs, cockroach-specific conditions, or wildlife. Those situations are handled through separate services.

How does prepaid versus card-on-file enrollment work?

Prepaid plans are paid in full before the plan begins. Card-on-file plans are charged before each scheduled visit. Both options involve a commitment to a defined number of visits with cancellation terms. The option that fits best depends on your preferred level of flexibility — both are available when the plan is set up.

What happens to unused visits if the season ends?

Unused prepaid visits do not roll over into a new season unless specifically approved. If you need to make changes to your plan, contact us before your next scheduled visit.

Is this plan available year-round?

No. This is a seasonal plan. It covers the active pest season and is not structured as a year-round quarterly program. If year-round interior pest maintenance is what you need, the Home Pest Protection Plan is built for that situation.
