Who We Are
My Pest Crew serves residential properties across Chicago’s North Side and the North Shore. The work is built around one consistent approach — inspect the actual conditions, treat based on what we find, and communicate clearly about what was done and what should be corrected.
We do not assume pest activity has one cause. Insects and rodents are often shaped by the building shell, utility openings, garage edges, moisture conditions, shared wall lines, and the way the property is built and used. That distinction matters in how we inspect, how we treat, and how we explain the work.

How We Work
Inspection-Led
We assess actual conditions before anything is treated. What is active, where it is concentrated, and what the building is presenting — that is where the service begins.
Targeted Treatment
Treatment follows the inspection, not a preset routine. Active zones, confirmed harborage areas, and specific entry conditions are addressed based on what we found — not what we assumed.
Clear Communication
After every visit, we document what was found, what was treated, and what conditions should be corrected. If something falls outside our scope, we say so directly.
Honest Scope
We tell you what the service covers, what it does not cover, and what factors affect the outcome. No inflated claims about what pest control can guarantee.
Credentials
We are licensed and insured in Illinois. We maintain active professional memberships with the National Pest Management Association, the Illinois Pest Control Association, and the Greater Chicago Pest Management Alliance.
We do not list credentials to signal status. We list them because they reflect an ongoing commitment to operating at a professional standard — not a marketing one.
