Commercial Pest Control

Pest control built around how the property is used, where activity is occurring, and the building conditions involved.

Commercial pest control has to fit the property. An apartment building, mixed-use property, office, warehouse, and restaurant can each place pest activity in very different parts of the building.

My Pest Crew reviews the reported activity in relation to the building shell, occupied and service areas, lower levels, exterior conditions, and operational spaces that matter to that property. After each visit, you receive a service report with findings, treatment completed, and recommendations when needed.

Property Types We Serve

Multi-Unit Residential

Apartment buildings, condominiums, two-flats, three-flats, and managed residential properties can involve occupied units, common or service areas, lower levels, and exterior property conditions within one building or property. When more than one area is involved, the work is coordinated around the building layout and access available.

Commercial Properties

Retail spaces, offices, restaurants, warehouses, mixed-use buildings, and other commercial properties create different service conditions based on how the space operates. Service doors, storage areas, equipment areas, lower levels, exterior service areas, and food or drain environments are reviewed where they are relevant to the reported activity.

Services

Commercial properties can use the same core My Pest Crew services, with the scope determined by the property and the areas involved.

Commercial work may require coordination across occupied areas, service spaces, management access, exterior areas, or other parts of the property depending on the building.

Service scope and visit frequency are arranged for each property. Monthly visits are typical, with visits every two weeks or weekly when needed.

Recurring Commercial Pest Control at a North Suburban Restaurant

The restaurant required ongoing pest-control attention across an active kitchen, bar and service areas, basement spaces, drains, rear access, and exterior service conditions. German cockroach activity, fly activity, and exterior rat activity did not change at the same pace, making the account broader than any one pest or one visit.

Property & Estate Services

Larger homes and multi-structure residential properties can involve more building shell perimeter, more exterior transition points, and secondary structures with their own service conditions.

For larger residential properties, multi-structure properties, or properties where scale and layout change the service approach, explore Property & Estate Services.
