Problem Summary
The customer contacted My Pest Crew for mouse and cockroach activity centered around the kitchen.
The service needed to address both active interior concerns while also identifying property conditions that could contribute to future mouse access.
What We Did
My Pest Crew inspected the home and exterior and completed the combined mouse and cockroach treatment. Permanent exterior repairs remained separate from the pest-control service.
At the included follow-up, the cockroach treatment was reinforced. Residents also completed separate work to improve exterior conditions.
Results
Cockroach activity declined rapidly over the following weeks and then disappeared. Mouse activity also stopped between the second and third weeks after the initial service.
The completed follow-up reinforced the cockroach work, and the residents' exterior improvements supported the progress already made inside the home.
