Rogers Park Bed Bug Treatment With Follow-Up and Reinspection

August–September 2026

Problem Summary

The property was inspected shortly before treatment, and the initial Bed Bug Treatment then documented high activity. This was not a case where the first return could automatically serve as the final endpoint: although no live bed bugs were seen at the included return, dead evidence remained and residents still had concerns.

What We Did

My Pest Crew treated the affected areas three days after the inspection and returned for the included follow-up nearly two weeks later. In September, the HOA requested inspections after residents of other units raised concerns. During that visit, we also rechecked the treated unit, including its beds and sitting furniture.

Results

No live bed bugs were observed during the included follow-up. The later inspection found no signs of bed bugs in the other inspected units. Residents of the treated unit reported no further activity, and the inspection of their beds and sitting furniture found none. No new sightings or requests for further inspections were reported afterward.
