Problem Summary
Rodent service at this Niles building began with exterior activity concentrated around the rear fence and other perimeter areas. Because the property also includes a two-level parking garage, the service needed to cover both the exterior boundaries and the garage areas as conditions changed.
What We Did
My Pest Crew established monitoring and treatment around the building perimeter and inside the garage areas, then used each maintenance visit to compare where feeding was increasing, decreasing, or absent. Exterior stations were serviced and repositioned as the pattern shifted.
During the September visit, mouse feeding was found near the rear garage door. The rear refuse area was also documented as a property condition needing attention. Sealing work was underway at the property, and we recommended permanent repair of the opening near the garage door.

Results
The maintenance visits showed that rodent activity was not staying in one fixed location. Earlier garage checks had shown no feeding, while the later mouse finding near the rear garage door pointed to a new condition that could be acted on.
Ongoing service continued to address the exterior activity while also giving the building team a specific repair need to correct. Tracking the changing feeding pattern and identifying the garage opening for repair gave the property a clearer path for continued rodent control.
