Problem Summary
The customer contacted My Pest Crew after rats had begun entering an exterior wall, with additional activity around the property.
The immediate concern was the wall activity, but the broader exterior pressure also needed continued attention.
What We Did
My Pest Crew completed the initial rodent service and returned to review the response. At that return, the wall activity had stopped. Separate property repairs were recommended, while exterior rodent maintenance continued.
Later maintenance visits were adjusted as exterior feeding and burrowing changed over time.
Results
The wall activity stopped after the initial service, resolving the most immediate concern that brought us to the property.
Exterior activity has continued to vary, with quieter periods followed by renewed feeding or burrowing. Maintenance continues to manage exterior activity as conditions around the property change.
