Problem Summary
My Pest Crew was called to a Ravenswood home with active exterior rat activity. The initial inspection found a burrow in the front planting bed, giving the service a clear starting point while the rest of the property also needed to be watched for continuing activity.
What We Did
The active front burrow was treated and covered, and exterior feeding stations were placed around the property. At the September follow-up, the front and rear areas were reviewed again and the stations were serviced according to the feeding found.
That return visit showed an important difference between the two areas: the front burrow remained covered with no new activity there, while the backyard stations still showed high feeding.

Results
The front of the property showed clear improvement after the initial service. Because feeding remained high in the backyard, continued service was recommended as the practical next step—keeping attention on the active rear area, refreshing treatment as needed, and adjusting future visits to what the property was showing over time. Continued treatment helps manage that activity, while lasting reduction also depends on conditions on and around the property.
